we will be renting out our apartment that has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. we have 1 month left on our lease (goes till end of june 2008) and you can choose to either rent month to month or sign a new lease after that. you will not need to pay a deposit as it will be a lease take-over. the deposit will be yours to keep after we leave. the apartment has vaulted ceilings, a balcony, outside storage, washer and dryer in apartment, central heat and air, with dishwasher, disposal, fridge and stove all included. you will also have access to the apartments 3 pools and 3 jacuzzis, access to clubhouse internet, fax and copier, racquetball and tennis ball courts, and workout room. there is also security and gated entry at night. it has been a great place to live, but we are moving out of town before the end of this month.
